It is a twelve page (not counting the front and back sides) sales pamphlet that praises the benefits of "Dr. Chase's Kidney Food." The Dr. Chase Company of Philadelphia produced the formula and product, which was copyrighted in 1906. The American Medicine Company apparently vended the product. I believe that this is the only one of its kind in existence. It is in very good condition. The paper on which it is printed has browned somewhat with time. It's dimensions are 5 x 7 inches. The Gallery picture displays the front cover, and the other picture displays the back cover. Some of the topic headings inside include: 1. Inside part of front page: "Signs of Danger" 2.
