Heeley and Sons.  It was patented in 1890, following an earlier version. It has the manufacturer’s name on one leg, with The “Empire” on the other leg.  It is in excellent condition, with a good, tight action, with very little apparent wear.  The paint has mostly flaked off, but traces of the original copper paint finish remain.Size is approximately 6” (15cms) extended and 3. 5” (9cms) folded.If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
