G. Shepard and P. Adams on September 15, 1891. Bank features a locking trap at bottom of the tree trunk (See picture of bottom of bank) Included is a key to unlock it. The bank is all original. No repairs, no paint touch ups. Bank and packing weight is 4 pounds 12 ounces. Condition:              Bank is in excellent condition with the usual amount of wear on the paint.  Some paint is worn or chipped off from the fence and the figures as can be seen in the pictures. The mechanism works smoothly without a hitch. The key is not the original.
