Description
Here is a beautifully unopened collector's bottle of Remy Martin Louis XIII Grand Champagne Cognac in its original (of course) Crystal Decanter with accompanying Crystal Stopper. It comes in its original box with certificate booklet. To my knowledge, this booklet has never been removed from its original position. I strive to be as accurate as possible, but if I miss any important facts please feel free to email me and ask. The bottle is numbered as seen in the photo, T 2191. The numbers may look like a “7”, but this is a traditional European hand script for the number “1”. I will ship this item by UPS only. Glasses and flower vase not included with this auction. Payment by PayPal must be made within 3 days of auction close. Thank you. I truly think that anyone who will bid on this auction is aware of the below facts, but in case you’re interested here’s a bit of history on this bottle of cognac. This legendary cognac from the prestigious house of Remy Martin, contains Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie aged between 40 and 100 years and comes in its world renowned 700 ml hand-blown Baccarat Crystal Decanter. When Remy Martin founded his own company in 1724, he was already skilled in the art of the vine. The secret of cognac is in the soil from which it comes (eaux-de-vie). For this reason, Remy Martin only uses grapes from the most respected growing regions - the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. These regions contain a unique type of chalk-flecked soil that reflects light and ripens the grapes to absolute perfection. Discerning customers from around the world came to recognize the superiority of the "eaux de vie" from this one small area of France. Louis XIII has been created by three generations of cellar masters to be, simply, the highest quality Cognac available and made from 100% Grande Champagne grapes. True lovers of this special bottle understand its value. RETURN Policy: All sales are final. Returns should be made within 7 days of delivery.
