This pair is in very good condition except has some brass finish loss on gray metal kids. No other flaws noted. Everything is intact. No repaired. The brass finish has beautiful green patina. It is probably the manufacturer do this treatment. The bases are marble finish-They look like real marble but they are cast iron. Each bookend weights over 3 lbs and has felted bottom. Each measures 7-1/4”tall x 6-3/8” wide x 2-1/2”deep. They are strong and will hold several larger heavy books. No marking or label that I can trace the manufacturer. But this pair is similar to 1920’s “Tom Sawyer smoking pipe” bookends made by Bradley & Hubbard. They have the same design and same kinds of material in use.
