A letter signed “J L Borges” in his shaky, elderly handwriting. He wrote to Professor Galen Williams, the Executive Secretary of the Poetry Center at Harvard: “I accept with pleasure your kind invitation. As I will be there, in Harvard, at the end of September, we can discuss the date for the lectures. Thanks for El Torastero. I am looking forward to having the pleasure of meeting you and all members of the Poetry Center.” The letter is in fine condition, written in a dark blue ink.
