Description
Ferret of Hand Blown Glass and 24K Gold Find Related Items at Proglassartyst, my eBay Store. NEVER a RESERVE PRICE on ANY of our auctions. We think this keeps everything simple and you, the buyer, can bid with confidence. New Original Design by Kevin Prochaska, Glass artist at Disneyland for more than 10 years. Kevin is always studying our furry friends for new original ideas that keep our designs fresh and was excited when he had an opportunity to learn more about the particularly mischievous ferret. The personality of this playful, gregarious, fun loving fur ball is well represented by this charming figurine. The unique application of 24K gold reveals a colorful dimension to the glass. The brilliant rainbow of colors is created when pure gold is applied to the glass while it is still molten, a technique perfected by Prochaska Galleries. Ferret measures approximately 4 inches long, is about 2.5 inches tall and is made entirely of hand blown borosilicate crystal. Ferret collectors everywhere will be delighted with this new offering. Your purchase includes an attractive information card trimmed in gold foil. To learn more about the artist and his work, which has appeared in numerous feature length films, and even at the Whitehouse, visit prochaskagalleries.com. Retails at specialty shops for $99.00. E-mail your questions to glassartyst@prochaskagalleries.com. Safe Shipping Guarantee Safe arrival and your complete satisfaction are always guaranteed. Extraordinary care is taken to insure the safe arrival of your blown glass figurine. We use a three-step process that has resulted in the safe shipment of thousands of Prochaska Galleries sculptures over the past 30 years. Step 1: As it is being made, the glass blower takes special care to reinforce all stress points to help protect against shock damage. Additionally all natural stresses are removed from the glass by a high temperature tempering process called annealing. Step 2: After the figurine is removed from our annealing oven it is thoroughly inspected by the artist who makes certain that all internal stresses have been removed from the glass and that its surfaces have been properly vitrified. Step 3: Finally, it’s time for careful packaging in not one, but two cartons. Both are filled with shock absorption materials. The sculpture itself is firmly held in place inside the internal carton so as to prevent movement. Loose fill between the two cartons guards against shock and the external box protects against obvious damage. Our Guaranty: If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of any piece of art from Prochaska Galleries, simply return it for a full refund or replacement. Item must be returned within 7 days. Return shipping will be paid by customer. Powered by eBay Turbo Lister Powered by eBay Turbo Lister The free listing tool. List your items fast and easy and manage your active items.
