The only time it has been put on a scope is for the pictures I took (the scope is not included). The leather is in great shape and is just a little dusty from storage. As hard to find as original FN49 scopes and mounts are, good luck trying to find the leather covers. I haven't seen these for many, many years. I only have three of these left and all three are guaranteed to be in mint shape and virtually identical to the one pictured. These are the last ones I have.
