There are 10 cartouches of famous ladies of history, done in gold and white. There is a rim of crowns circling the pitcher over the cartouches of the ladies, perhaps to pay tribute to their royalty. There are 10 different ladies. Cleopatra, Queen of Egypt, Josephine Boneparte, Empress of France, Lady Hamilton, Alice Perrers and Nell Gwyn, courtesans of Kings of England, Anne Boleyn, Queen of England, just to name a few. The pitcher stands 7 3/4 inches tall and is about 19 inches in circumference, so it will make a nice batch of martinis. There are 4 little roly poly glasses, also with cartouches of the famous ladies. The pitcher has been used, and there is some scratching from use. The roly poly glasses looked unused.
