FANTASTIC, Extremely RARE "Bambi & Thumper" Sericel hand signed by the "ORIGINAL" VOICES of Thumper & Bambi from 1942 This sericel was released in the 1980s by Disney through Circle Fine Art Corp. Cel is in excellant condition. Cel size is 14 x 11 inches. This is the 1st Bambi sericel ever created. It's never been on display. Piece is in it's original Disney frame, but we have added the UV Plexiglass to protect the signatures. We have biffed and cleanin the Disney frame so it's as close to perfect as we can get a frame that is over 25 years old. Framed Size is 20 x 17 inches.        Hand signed in matching Black Sharpie by:Peter Behn the voice of Thumper &Donnie Dunagan the voice of Bambi.         Both of these Men (now) were hand picked by Walt Disney back in the 1930's (when they were 5 years old) to be the voices of these characters. His favorites among his own movies are Bambi, the animated Disney classic for which he provided the voice of the title character, and the horror film Son of Frankenstein, in which his character befriends the Frankenstein Monster (Boris Karloff). His final film, and the one he loves most deer-ly, was Bambi. Because of Donnie’s large and bright brown eyes, he was selected by Mr. Disney to be the facial model for the Disney artists who would be handling the baby deer’s expressions. This evolved into doing the voice work for the young Bambi. When Donnie finished up on this movie in 1940, he left the lot and, as it turned out, the business of being a child actor; Bambi was his final credit.
