Somewhere in my piles of papers I have an appraisal for him... but I don't have a clue where it is buried right now.  The reproductions of this animal are valued at $50,000 because of the excellent like-new condition of the piece. Shipping amounts could vary, depending on the winner's ZIP code address.  It would cost $100 to transport it to the place who builds my crates and packs things like my huge paintings, but I don't know what their costs would entail.  If you want to pick it up you will have to schedule a time and it will cost $100 for me to reserve the time to be here.  I did call them and they cannot compute what it would cost to build the crate and provide the packing material until they have it in front of them and that will not happen until and unless it is sold and the amount less shipping is paid in full.  The shipping amount will be provided as soon as I know what it is, and will have to be paid within five days after it is known.  For the purpose of the ad I just plugged in some numbers because eBay insists on having shipping now, but I cannot provide accurate information to an interested bidder.  YOU CANNOT USE THE SHIPPING CALCULATOR FOR AN ACCURATE PRICE. I am an artist, and if you wish me to paint the lion I would want to create realistic eyes, nose and mouth and the rest of the body in whites, creams, silvers and golds.  The cost would be $1,000.  To paint it to look like a natural authentic lion would cost $2,000. This would make a neat gift for someone or an addition to your collection.  INTERNATIONAL:  I do not believe it can be shipped internationally without charging a huge amount.  For that reason I am not offering to sell it to anyone who would need shipment to any location outside the continental United States.
