Made in Denmark by Dyrlund, circa 1965. This stunning table is sometimes called the 'Flip Flap' table. This clever design with hidden leaves extending in around fashion, to form a very large table when needed. This piece is extremely rare. Very high quality, a masterpiece of Danish design. It is very solid and in very good condition showing only regular signs of use. Constructed of solid and veneered rosewood with attractive grain and colour. The measurements are; 47 1/4" in diameter and extends to 68 3/4" in diameter. The height is 29". This table will work great as a dining table, as well as an exceptional conference table.
