It is stamped on the bottom: "Cartier Sterling 743-D". It is in excellent condition with a few faint scratches in the bottom of the server and in the center of the saucer. The server is 3 3/4" across and 2 1/2" high.  The handle is 3 1/2" long and the saucer is 4 3/4" across. These pieces come in the original Cartier felt bags and in the original blue Cartier box.
