From the hit television animated show Batman Beyond, comes one of the greatest animation cels ever sold by Warner Brothers! In the future, the Batman has become older, forcing him to use better technology in his suit.  Although the suit greatly enhances his abilities, Bruce Wayne is still an older man.  As such, while battling kidnappers in Gotham City, Bruce succumbs to a heart attack.  Desperate to finish the job, The Batman picks up a discarded gun, the most hated tool that he vowed to never use, and points it at a criminal. Realizing his error, Bruce drops the gun, shuts down the batcave, and vows never to be the Batman again! In 1999, Warner Brothers held a nation-wide lottery for a one-of-a-kind animation cel.  This original production animation cel, actually used in the creation of the pilot episode, was unique, in that it's the only cel ever sold by Warner Brothers to depict Bruce Wayne in a Bat suit, using a gun!  I was lucky enough to be the winner of this amazing piece. A few months later, the Warner Brothers Studio Store in Schaumburg, Illinois had an autograph signing session.  I brought the cel to the session, and I obtained the signatures of Paul Dini ( one of the main executives in charge of the Batman series, and the creator of Harley Quinn!) and Kevin Conroy (the voice of The Batman!) on the Certificate of Authenticity!! As you can see, the cel is and frame are in perfect condition.  It's an exciting cel to view, as The Batman appears to be pointing the gun directly at you!! The cel has been hung in a smoke-free home, very far away from any direct sunlight.  The cel was professionally matted and framed by Warner Brothers.  The Certificate of Authenticity comes in a plastic sleeve, attached to the rear of the cel. This will be a cherished addition to any collection, whether you're a collector of animation art, or just a huge Bat-fan, like myself!
