Many of the postcards and possibly the photos are by the famous photographer of Hawaii - Ray Jerome Baker. In total there are 11 (approximately 3 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches) real photo postcards and 10 smaller (2 inches by 3 inches) photos. We found many of these images in a vintage book about famous Hawaii photographer Ray Jerome Baker. Please enlarge auction photos for best review of these historic postcards and photos.The postcards and photos are attached to the original scrapbook pages with black corner mounts. Each scrapbook page measures approximately 6 3/4 inches by 11 inches. The postcards and photos are attached to both sides of each of the three pages. The postcards and photos are not glued down, just slid into the corner mounts. There may be some sticking of the postcards and photos at the corners where the mounts are glued. We did not remove the postcards or photos from the pages as we did not want to risk damaging them. We were able to slide a few of the postcards out of the top of the mounts to verify that they are, indeed, real photo postcards. The few we checked have not been mailed or written on the back. The photos we could peek behind while in the mounts appear to be blank. Rare collection of very early real photo postcards and photos of Hawaii! We've described this item to the best of our ability.
