Description
This mirror spent 40 years in a very cool Medieval themed dining room of a respected local restaurant, but I'm not sure if it had applications past that or not. It certainly looks like it could have hung on the inside of a carousel, is incredibly well made plaster (weighs a ton) - its a million times more impressive than the pictures allow. Measures 25" tall and 18" wide, around 2 1/2" thick. Beautiful Bacchus, Green Man or Northwind head at the top, tons of Victorian filagree/scroll and the two moons form the inside of the mirror. Really a cool piece, if you did find a modern repro - it would be three or four times the start price. Nice condition, one small chip (didn't even see it before, easy to look past) on the top of the scroll to the Northwind's left. Please see photos and email with questions. Buyer pays actual shipping, packed terribly well of course. Thanks much for looking.
