It has both original cords. The cord leading from the receiver to the base is a cloth cord. The wall cord has 4 prongs, on the bottom of the jack is the numbers 2838. The rotary is fully intact, although oddly enough it is missing the letters C, J,Q, W and Z. The number 1 is CENTRAL, 9 is AEO and 0 is HJAELP. On the bottom of the phone KJOBENHAVNS  TELEFON and AKTIESELSKAB are stamped into it. The phone is completely intact and in good condition, although the paint is a little worn.
