See more about '1930s art deco ronson enamel oval touchtip lighter ' Description offered is a fabulous 1930's art deco machine age ronson "oval" automatic touchtip lighter. the chrome plated lighter features a tortoise brown lacquer finish and streamline ribbed body design. the oval comes with different shape wands and this is an original inverted cone. the ronson touchtip was first invented in 1934 by louis v aronson - considered the most important lighter inventor of the 20th century. the pre ww2 version ronson measures 3-3/4" tall x 4-1/4" wide and is in good used condition. the mechanism moves correctly and should work with proper service of fuel.and flint. there is some lite typical use nicks on chrome that slightly detract. a few small scuff marks on enamel may buff out. the lighter is mildly dusty and will clean to look better. overall - an important vintage 1930's art deco enamel ronson "oval" touchtip table lighter for your collection. the photos are reflective and the ronson looks better in person with rich coloring. insurance optional.-overseas is first class and ship to italy is express mail only.
