The brochure covers the Santo Springs Hotel and Safety Harbor Sanitorium, Florida's First Spa. There are wonderful photos of this "Mecca of Health" ... fountain of healing waters ... exteriors, interiors and even massages. The inside spread gives excellent info regarding ESS: Diagnosis, Diseases Treated, Methods of Treatment, Electrotherapy, Bath Depts., Food & Special Diet, Springs Pavilion, Personnel, Accommodations, Rates and Recreational Facilities. It folds out to three panels, and up three panels, for 6 per side. It's 12" x 17" when unfolded, 4" x 9" folded. It was folded horizontally a few times, long ago, so it has some unwanted creases and is a bit flimsy due to the extra folds. There is also some edge and fold wear. Though the condition isn't great, it's a wonderful and historical item of a historical Florida area, and one of the most beautiful and significant sections of the Tampa Bay, Pinellas County area.
