Nothing leaves here without a tracking number. I deliver all my packages to the post office daily but the United States Postal Service will no longer scan items as being received so it sometimes takes a couple of days for them to show up in the system.  I have a UPS daily pickup their items are scanned at the time they pick them up.   Additional charges will apply to International Shipments.   FLAT SHIPPING RATE ON THIS ITEM:  “FREE” (Within the United States)   INSURANCE CLAIMS: I handle all my customers insurance claims.  UPS claims are handled online and they will pickup broken item it wanted. Replacement items are shipped immediately. UPS request items to be held for 10 day. USPS claims are a bit more difficult, USPS requires I have the item to turn in with the claim, which means we have to make arrangements to get the broken item back to me.  I do not like this policy but this is the way USPS does business.   SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: I offer shipping discounts on ALL multi-purchases being shipped to the same address in the United States. My discounts vary so most of the time ebay invoicing does not pick up my discounts properly.  The easiest way to ensure you get the correct shipping discounts is to request me to send you a combined invoice, if I haven't already done so. If for some reason you do pay to much, rest assured the overpayment will be refunded! Discounts range from $1.00 to $2.25 for each additional item.
